The Work Crew is a CRUCIAL part of making the Fall Retreat experience amazing for our students!
SharpTop Cove requires all groups using the facility to provide a Work Crew for their trip. This helps keep the student rates as low as possible while still ensuring quality services during our stay! Work Crew attends Retreat for free!
The Work Crew will provide wait staff, cooks & bakers, dishwashers, lifeguards, and snack bar attendants. You won’t attend Retreat like regular campers. Serving will account for a majority of your time!
Check out the job descriptions below!
We will need three certified lifeguards to attend camp with us for the Pool, Slide, and Rope Swing!
These lifeguards will only need to be at Sharptop on the 29th from 12:00 – 6:00 PM!

Not only does work crew provide needed services to students, but work crew also puts flesh on the gospel message in a unique fashion! We will need 17 Work Crew members!
