Price includes room, dessert on Friday night, breakfast on Saturday morning, and beverages on Saturday. Parking is $16 per car (paid separate to hotel) so please plan on carpooling. Dinner is on your own Friday night. We will start at 7PM. Check in is at 4PM.

Option to purchase a sweatshirt for $35.00. Please indicate size on the form.
Option for Thursday night if you want to come up early. Call Sara Solomon @ 423-424-3726 and she will register and collect your payment for Thursday night.
