This week we skip a couple of chapters ahead in Matthew and study the Triumphal Entry in light of Passion Week. As you study the first part of Matthew 21, celebrate the coming of our Savior and the salvation He brings through the atonement of our sin.
What sacrifice do we make as followers of Christ to kill the sin in our lives? What does Jesus tell us to do? Listen to the words of Jesus and understand how He instructs us in dealing with sin, and how He preserves us in our relationship with Him.
What does it look like to have faith that is the size of a mustard seed but can move mountains? Study with us this week as we learn about the power of Jesus.
What actually happened when Jesus was "transfigured" up on the mountain? Who was with Him and what is the significance? Walk through Matthew 17:1-13 with us this week as we see the glory of the LORD.
What did Jesus mean when He said, "whoever loses their life will find it?" Study this week as we see how Jesus teaches His disciples what it means to deny yourself and follow Christ.
This week we start Chapter 16. Study with us as we learn what Jesus has to say about signs, false teachers, and the work He has done.
Are you looking for satisfaction in your own self-righteousness? Jesus is the One who satisfies. Jesus is the One who justifies. This week we will see the mercy of Jesus as He encounters a Canaanite woman, His authority as He heals Gentile crowds, and His compassion as He gives the bread of life.
What defiles a person? The Pharisees have one opinion based on their law. Jesus has His answer based on His truth. Study with us as we look at the beginning of chapter 15.
Jesus demonstrates His authority once again. Join us as we finish up chapter 14 this week.
This week we start chapter 14 and see how Jesus ministers in tragedy and makes provision for those who are hungry.
